How it works

From nervous to interview-ready, on the record.

rhemavā is a voice-first mock interviewer with memory, built for agile delivery and PM roles. You speak, it measures what actually decides interviews, and every session builds on the last.

🎤
STEP 1

You speak

A structured interview out loud — icebreaker, role knowledge, behavioral, delivery and stakeholder scenarios, closing. The interviewer adapts and asks real follow-ups, so you practise thinking on your feet, not reciting. Your voice and the interviewer's are mixed and recorded.

📊
STEP 2

It measures

Each answer is graded on substance and delivery: was it on-point, was the STAR story complete, how was the pace, the fillers, the energy under pressure. You get an overall score and a focused, specific action plan.

STEP 3

You compound

Next time, rhemavā checks that plan against your new transcript and marks each item Improved, Partial, or Not yet — with evidence. Weaknesses surface across sessions, not just within one.

Why it's built for your role

Certifications teach the framework. We rehearse the job.

A CSM or PMP proves you know the theory. But hiring panels for Scrum Masters, Project and Program Managers probe the hybrid reality — facilitating ceremonies and owning delivery, handling a difficult stakeholder, recovering a slipping roadmap, influencing without authority. rhemavā's questions are tuned to that real role, so you practise the answers the interview is actually testing.

The closed loop

The part other tools skip.

A single interview report tells you what went wrong today. It can't tell you whether you're getting better. rhemavā stores every session's plan and re-checks it next time, so coaching becomes a trajectory you can see — and the recurring habits you can't spot in one sitting (like saying "we" instead of "I") get mined across all of them.

Last session's plan, graded
Lead with the Result Improved
Quantify stakeholder impact Partial
Say "I", not "we" Not yet
Tighten answers under 2 min Improved
What it measures

The dimensions that decide interviews.

Readiness %

A weighted blend of your recent dimension averages, your consistency, and your trend — the one number that answers "am I ready?"

Answered-the-question rate

How often you actually addressed what was asked, trended over time, with the specific questions you drifted on flagged for review.

STAR completeness

The share of behavioral answers containing each part — Situation, Task, Action, Result. The Result is the part most people drop.

Composure under pressure

Pace, filler frequency and vocal energy compared on opening questions vs. harder follow-ups, so you can see where nerves show.

Score by question type

Performance broken out by icebreaker, role knowledge, behavioral, delivery and closing — surfacing which kinds of questions trip you up.

Coach's read & recurring weaknesses

A plain-English synthesis of your last several sessions: biggest gain, the pattern holding you back, and this week's single focus.

Why voice

Because you don't type your answers in the room.

Reading model answers feels productive. Saying them out loud — under a follow-up, on a clock, then hearing the playback — is where the actual gap shows up and closes.
